At Statistical Trading Systems, we stand behind the quality of our software and services. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Simple Promise: Try STS risk-free for 14 days. If it's not for you, we'll refund your money. No complicated forms, no lengthy explanations required.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Within 14 Days: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- First-Time Purchase: Refunds are available for first-time customers only. Previous customers who cancelled and re-subscribed are not eligible
- Valid Account: Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
3. Funded Trading Account Clause
Important: Trading Losses May Affect Your Refund
If you have been provided with a funded trading account as part of your subscription, please be aware that any trading losses incurred on that account will be deducted from your refund amount.
This is because the funded account uses real capital. When you trade and incur losses, those are real financial losses that cannot be recovered.
How It Works
When you request a refund and have used a funded trading account:
- We calculate the total losses incurred on your funded account during your subscription period
- These losses are deducted from your original subscription payment
- The remaining amount is refunded to you
- If losses exceed your subscription payment, no refund is issued (you will not owe additional money)

What About Profits?
If you generated profits on your funded account during the refund period:
- Profits earned remain yours according to the profit-sharing terms in your account agreement
- You may still request a refund of your subscription fee
- Profit payouts and refunds are processed separately
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request:
- Review: 1-2 business days to review your account and calculate any deductions
- Approval: You'll receive an email confirming your refund amount
- Processing: 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Renewal payments (only first-time purchases are eligible)
- Subscription fees after the 14-day period
- Add-on services or one-time purchases unless specifically stated
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
Refund
A refund returns your payment (subject to the terms above). Your access is terminated immediately upon refund approval.
