Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the STS Trading System software and website operated by Statistical Trading Systems ("we", "our", "us").

1. License Grant

1.1 Software License

Upon purchase and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use STS Trading System on MetaTrader 5 platform
• Activate the software on up to 2 (two) MT5 trading accounts
• Receive software updates during your subscription period

1.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the software for illegal activities
• Transfer your license to another person

1.3 License Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Share your license key with others
• Attempt to circumvent our licensing system
• Use the software for fraudulent purposes

2. Subscription and Payments

2.1 Pricing

Current subscription pricing is displayed on our website. Prices may change with notice.

2.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize recurring charges until you cancel

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your billing period
• No further charges will be made
• No partial refunds for unused time (see Refund Policy)

3. Risk Disclaimer

3.1 No Financial Advice

STS Trading System is a software tool only. We do NOT provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Trading signals or strategies
• Guarantees of profit or performance

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your trading decisions
• Your financial losses
• Understanding the risks involved
• Compliance with your local laws and regulations

3.3 Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, statistics, or historical data shown are for educational purposes only.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

• The software will meet your requirements
• The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, including but not limited to:

• Source code
• Design and interface
• Documentation
• Trademarks and logos

remain the exclusive property of Statistical Trading Systems.

7. Support and Updates

7.1 Support

Active subscribers receive email support for technical issues. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

7.2 Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify the software at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

Our software requires:

• MetaTrader 5: Subject to MetaQuotes' terms of service
• Internet Connection: Required for license validation
• Your Broker: Subject to your broker's terms

We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statistical Trading Systems from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the software
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Statistical Trading Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Statistical Trading Systems regarding the software.
